Iran’s National Nuclear Day ceremonies begin in Tehran

The president was accompanied in the event by some cabinet members, the families of martyred nuclear scientists and the head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Ali Akbar Salehi.

In April 9, 2006, it was announce that Iranian scientists, after several years of efforts, had managed to establish the complete chain of uranium enrichment in Natanz. The day was then designated as Iran's National Nuclear Day.
