Daesh fabricated by Zionists: Iraqi scholar

“In order to keep us engaged in confrontations, Tel Aviv promoted Daesh terrorist group to make us forget about the issue of Palestine and al-Quds,” Sheikh Khalid Al-Mulla said on Friday addressing people attending the International Quds Day rally in the Iraqi capital.

Al-Mulla said that the participation of people in the Quds Day rallies demonstrates that the issue of Palestine and al-Quds has not been forgotten.

It is also a symbol of victory of determination of Muslims, he said.

The Zionist plot in Iraq has been foiled through unity of all the people, he said.

The Iraqis like Muslims of many other countries took part in the Quds Day demonstrations to show their support for the Palestinian cause and their hatred towards Zionism.
