Silver ending for the Iranian blind judoka at Baku games

Mohammad Ali Shanani (-90 kg) was defeated late on Sunday by an Uzbek judo fighter and received the silver medal of the Islamic Solidarity Games which is being held in Azerbajan.

The 4th Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games (May 8-22) are underway in Azerbaijan’s capital on 22 sports.

Iran's judo team of the blind was composed of three members in the Islamic Solidarity Games, according to Ali Reza Amini, head of Iran's Judo Committee for the blinds.
