Iran wrestling federation strongly criticizes Riyadh's moves

Khadem said Saudis have entered sports like wrestling and even those sports in which they have no activity.

Iran’s sports will face problem with such investments by Saudis, he noted.

Khadem pointed to sending doping samples of Islamic Solidarity Games to Saudi Arabia's laboratories as an example of these undiplomatic measures.

During the Islamic Solidarity Games which was held in Baku, Azerbaijan, officials, representatives of international federations and the referees as well were hosted by the Saudi officials, Khadem said.

As the representative of the United World Wrestling, Rasoul Khadem was observer in 2017 Baku Games.

The 4th round of Islamic Solidarity Games was held with the attendance of 54 countries in 22 sportfields on May 8-22.
