Shamkhani: No real change in Saudis' behavior observed

It is not easy to ignore the role of Saudi Arabia in supporting defeated terrorist groups as there is no change in the country's behavior, Shamkhani said.

Speaking to reporters, he said Iran regards any change in the position adopted by the countries sponsoring terrorists, specially by Saudi Arabia, as positive.

'The key role of Saudi Arabia in supporting terrorist groups in Iraq and Syria which has led to irreparable damages in those countries is unforgettable,' he said.

Terrorists can carry out terrorist measures and plant bombs in the countries they have trained in, he said.

A very vigilant intelligent apparatus and well informed citizens prevent presence and even growth of terrorists inside the country, Dehqan said.

He said that these terrorists have been raised, trained and educated in those countries and try to take revenge from their own people or people in other countries.

Wrong understanding of Islam, social dissatisfaction, lack of political solidarity, incapability of security and police forces in the countries that are cradle of terrorism has created a very meaningful difference between those countries and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
