In this regard, Riyadh has seriously played a non-constructive role, Amir-Abdollahian said in separate meetings with the Syrian and Lebanese elites who are in Tehran on the occasion of Ten-Day Fajr (Dawn) which marks the 38th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
Lack of political knowledge in identifying the enemies is the serious problem with which Riyadh and the region face, the official said.
Saudi Arabia fell into the the Zionist regime’s trap and invaded Yemen after relying on the US and the Zionist regime, Amir-Abdollahian noted.
Today, he stressed, Ansarullah and its Yemeni allies are the most effective political forces who are taking steps towards upholding the territorial integrity of Yemen. In contrast, as he said, Saudis have been sunk deep into the mire.
Also, Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Syria’s Resistance movements by fighting simultaneously against the Zionist regime and Takfiri terrorism guaranteed the security in the region and Lebanon.
He further reiterated that Iran supports the Resistance movement.
On the issue of Bahrain, the official criticized the meddling of the regional enemies in the internal affairs of that country, saying Bahrain today is facing lack of legitimacy as well as political instability.
Tehran is always after regional dialogue to help regional peace and stability, the diplomat added.
