President elaborates on economic achievements in Iranian outgoing year

We were able to rederess the lag in the energy sectors in 1395, the president said at the last cabinet session held in the current Iranian year.

The country became self-sufficient in producing wheat in the outgoing year, President Rouhani noted.

He further added that Iran could remedy energy backwardness in the areas of oil and gas production and the exports of crude oil and gas condensate in 1395.

During the Dec 2017 ceremony on the occasion of the harvest thanksgiving in Iran, President Rouhani described the self-sufficiency in wheat production as a manifestation of success of the Economy of Resistance in the country.
