President calls for realization of people's demands

He made the remarks in a joint meeting between parliament representatives and cabinet members.

Urging coordination among all branches of power, Rouhani said that addressing people's economic problems is the government's top priority.

Referring to the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action, Rouhani said that providing the economy with a momentum, improving employment, attracting domestic and foreign investments and access to new technologies, and in the meantime, enhancing exports were some of the achievements of the nuclear deal, the President added.

He underlined that the Business Environment Rankings index shows that Iran among 189 countries has improved its position from 152 to 118.

The government will pursue the case of “unconventionally” high salaries and it should be resolved by coordination among all the apparatuses inside the government and also other branches of power, President added.
