Parliament to mull US visa ban

Deputy Head of Majlis (parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Kamal Dehqani, announced on Tuesday that extraordinary meeting of the Committee will be held on Wednesday to consider the ban on Iranian citizens' entry to the US.

Dehqani said deputy ministers of Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Defense will attend the meeting.

Considering recent act of the US President, Donald Trump, to ban visit of the citizens of seven Islamic countries, especially Iran, to the US, the Committee members decided to hold an extraordinary session on Wednesday in presence of deputy ministers of Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Defense.
