Iran-Turkey borders have been always the borders of peace, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri made the remarks in a meeting with the Turkish Defense Minister Nurettin Canikli.
He voiced hope that the Iranian delegation visit would become a turning point in development of defensive cooperation between the two states.
Meanwhile, the Turkish defense minister, for his part, underlined Ankara's commitment to impede foreign forces' presence in the region.
