Javad Kazemnasab told IRNA on Sunday that Iran and 1+5 had come to the JCPOA after long negotiations and the United Nations Security Council passed it in the form of a resolution, but the United States was acting as one of the important parties and one of the ratifying members of the Security Council resolution, suddenly and without any reason, left out of the accord and ignored the resolution it voted on.

Kazemnasab said, 'This is the United States that has violated the JCPOA, while Iran has been negotiating and International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed Iran's compliance.
