
The Iraqi prime minister's office said that the decree aims to prepare the grounds for activity of joint experts of Iraqi federal government forces and the Iraqi Kurdistan region to explore the deployment of Federal Army in all the disputed areas.
The measure also aims to prevent war and bloodshed between the citizens of a country and will include the Fishkhabour crossing and all the international borders.
The local government of Kurdistan region issued a statement early on Wednesday signaling readiness to suspend the results of the recently held referendum, put an end to conflicts and establish prompt ceasefire.
Iraqi Army and the Federal Police of the country were dispatched to Kirkuk on October 16 and provided the retreat of Peshmerga forces, mainly linked with Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, they very quickly expanded their control in these regions, including the oil wells and governmental organizations.
