German FM congratulates Rouhani

Gabriel published a Twitter message congratulating Rouhani and interpreted Iranians vote for him as wholehearted support for political and economic opportunities.

Numerous senior authorities from various countries have congratulated Rouhani on his re-election; Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, Angelino Alfano, the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shinzō Abe and Fumio Kishida, respectively the Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan are among many of officials who have congratulated Rouhani.

Hassan Rouhani was elected the president of Iran for his second term winning about 23 million votes (57%). The turnout was more than 40 million (70%).
