Five countries’ diplomats visited Chabahar’s Shahid Beheshti Port development project

Ambassadors and commercial attaches of the said countries toured Shahid Kalantari Port’s Passenger Terminal and Shahid Beheshti development project after they attended the inaugural ceremony of the First International Foodstuff and Relevant Industries Exhibition in Chabahar Free Zone.

The diplomats will also get acquainted with investment opportunities on Tourism, trade and transit during their stay in Chabahar.

Afghanistan Ambassador to Iran Nasir Ahmad Nour told IRNA on Wednesday that Chabahar is the golden point for progress and development of neighboring states such as Afghanistan.

Given its strategic location and connection to Ocean waters, Chabahar can handle transit of Afghan goods to the world and it in fact is the highway linking Afghanistan with the world.

All the diplomats visiting Chabahar called for boosting economic, political and cultural ties with Iran.
