Denmark ready to cooperate with Iran on environment, water management

In the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of International Monetary Fund (IMF) Annual Autumn Meeting, Iran's Minister of Finance Masoud Karbasian referred to Denmark's extraterritorial policies in interaction with world countries, saying, 'taking Denmark's capabilities in energy, environment, and water management into consideration, the cooperation will be in both sides' interests.'

Tørnæs said that the agreement between Danish EKF Bank and Iran's Foreign Investment Organization is a proper ground for cooperation.

Karbasian stressed on expanding mutual collaborations and taking necessary measures to increase the line of credit (LC) of the Danish bank.

He added that, regarding Iran's position in the region, the cooperation can be a beginning for working with the other regional countries.
