Iran, Syria discuss bilateral ties

During the meeting, Yazji appreciated Iran's supports for Syrian Government and people in fighting terrorism.

He pointed to the current war in Syria as social media war since it targeted tarnishing the image of Syria.

'Both countries need to reinforce cooperation in all fields, especially media ones,' Yazji added.

Ali-Asgari arrived in Damascus on October 13 to hold talks with Syrian officials.
