Six Turkish films to attend 35th Fajr Int'l Film Festival

The Turkish films would compete in different sections of the prestigious festival.

360 foreign participants will attend the FIFF, Secretary of the event Reza Mirkarimi said, while stressing that the Iranian cinema is one of the most important ones in the world.

'We should turn Fajr Film Festival to a major event in Asia and the world,' he said.

“I have to say that we host 360 foreign attendees, including guests from countries such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia and this figure has doubled comparing to that of the last year,” Mir Karimi added.

The 35th Fajr International Film Festival is due to be held on April 21-28.
