Radiopharmaceutical production line inaugurated in Iran

The line was put to operation in Karaj Cyclotrons Radiopharmaceutical Research and Production Center as one of the most important national projects of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran.

Fludeoxyglucose (18F) also known as FDG, which is used in Positron emission tomography (PET), is the most significant product being developed in this center.
