Official: Iran ready to help neighbor to control border forest fires

Samadi told reporters that they have informed Azerbaijan Republic officials of the same.

The official said that the fire broke out in forest area of Azerbaijan Republic and there is no report on its spread to Iran.

Samadi said that our fire fighters, rangers and other relief personnel are harnessing the situation.

The fire broke out on Sunday morning, but Azerbaijan Republic has not taken any serious move as yet for fire fighters and border guards.
