Iran, Tajikistan resume direct flights

After several months of halt, the direct flight between the two countries was resumed and according to the schedule, this flight will be on Thursdays every week at 9:15 am from the international airport of Mashad to the international airport of Dushanbe and return will be at 13:00 the same day.

Two airlines of "Sky" and "Tajik Air" had previously flights on Mashhad-Dushanbe and Dushanbe-Tehran, which had been halted since last year, and passengers heading to Iran and Tajikistan had to travel on an indirect route through third countries, which, in addition to increasing travel costs, it increased travel time.

According to Iran's embassy in Dushanbe, given the development of relations between the two countries, the increase in the number of passengers, the approval of airline companies of the two countries, and more use of the capacity of Iranian and Tajik airline companies, the number of direct flights between the two countries will increase in the future.
