The two-day congress will be held on February 20-21 marking the 40th victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.

A number of Iranian cultural figures, Iran's ambassador to Moscow and foreign scientific and cultural figures will attend the two-day event.

The congress is to review various issues in relation to Iran's history and culture.
