Czech photo exhibition opens in Tehran

The exhibition inaugurated on Friday evening in the presence of Czech Republic Ambassador to Tehran Svatopluk Čumba and Managing Director of Niavaran Art Creations Foundation Abbas Sajjadi and both of them delivered speeches.

In the opening ceremony Sajjadi said some of the photos look like painting and the photos persuade visitors to visit Prague and Czech Republic.

He expressed hope that by the help of ambassador such exhibitions could be displayed in Prague, as well.

Ambassador Svatopluk Čumba talked about the photographer Zaman and said that he knew a lot about Czech culture and literature and this knowledge is evident in his pictures.

He called for the continuation of cooperation and interaction with NACF in all cultural and art fields like past years.

The exhibition will be open until June 3, 2017.
