4 Richter magnitude quake hits Ardebil Prov.

The earthquake struck at 1:57 local time ( 20:27 GMT, Tuesday) in the morning, according to Iranian Seismological Center, Institute of Geophysics, Tehran University.

The center of the earthquake was registered 39.65 north latitude and 48.80 east longitudes in the depth of 28 km in Salyan, Republic of Azerbaijan which is located 165 km north of Ardebil in Iran.
