In a letter sent by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Saturday to the UN secretary-general and the president of the UN Security Council on the crimes committed by warplanes of the illegitimate US-led coalition in Syria, the last of which was in al-Kishkiah and al-Shaf’a villages in Deir Ezzor southeastern countryside, the Ministry said that since its establishment, the international coalition’s practices only served to create the appropriate conditions to enable Daesh (ISIS) terrorist organization to survive and expand.
Syria renews its demand that the Security Council shoulder its responsibilities and take immediate action to stop these crimes, attacks, massacres, and systematic destruction of infrastructure in Syria and punish their perpetrators.
