Iran envoy congratulates China for launching Moon rover

In his message to Chinese government and people, Mohammad Keshavarz Zadeh expressed hope for the Chinese Moon rover to help discoverers get more information about Moon and to be a prelude for peaceful using of space.

Chang'e 4 is a Chinese lunar exploration mission that achieved the first soft landing on the far side of the Moon, on 3 January 2019. A communication relay satellite, Queqiao, was first launched to a halo orbit near the Earth-Moon L₂ point in May 2018.

According to space and astronomy news website 'the six-wheeled rover, known as Yutu 2, isn't pausing to catch its breath, as a newly released photo shows.

The solar-powered Yutu 2 is designed to operate for at least three months on the lunar surface. The original Yutu was also a moon rover, which landed on the near side in December 2013 as part of China's Chang'e 3 mission. (In Chinese mythology, Chang'e is a moon goddess, and Yutu, or 'Jade Rabbit,' is her pet.)
