Seif made the remarks on Sunday speaking during a meeting of the managing-editors of media and communications experts.

Referring to the US exit from Iran nuclear deal and Iran's negotiations with the three European signatories to the deal, he said that bilateral banking relations are also on the agenda of the talks.

'The course of talks in the future with the European Union will bring about a brighter situation for decision making of the Iranian officials,' Seif said.
