National freestyle wrestling team heads for US

Freestyle wrestling is to be held on June 11-12 in Los Angeles, California.

Iran is in the same group with Azerbaijan, the US and India in the second round of the games while Russia, Georgia, Turkey and Mongolia are in the first group.

Iranian athletes have so far won the competitions five times in Sari in 2006, Baku 2012, Tehran 2013 and Los Angeles 2014 and 2015.
