Iran overpowered Italy 45-39 on November 6 and received the gold medal of the competitions.

In the semi-final match Iran defeated South Korea 45-34.

In its first match, Iranian sabre team defeated Japan 45-22 and overpowered US 45-44 in its second game.

Men Sabre World Cup was held on November 4-6 in Dakar, Senegal.
