Iranian weightlifters bag 2 gold medals in Int’l Fajr Cup

Iranian athlete Yaqub Pashutani in weight category of 62 kg ranked first in clean and jerk. He overpowered Turkish and Azeri rivals.

Iranian weightlifter Mostafa Zareie in weight category of 69 kg defeated Turkish rival and stood first.

Some 52 weightlifters in 12 teams from Iran, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Turkey, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Thailand, Afghanistan, Cameroon and the US are competing in the event.
