Being the most successful Iranian Judoka for the past two years, Mollaei has been awarded various medals in addition to being world champion.
Mollaei, who was at the top ranking of the International Judo Federation till 2 months ago, recently lost this position.
Nagayama Ryuju from Japan in the -60 kg, Abe Hifumi from Japan in the -66 kg, Hashimoto Soichi from Japan in the -73 kg, Saeid Mollaei from Iran in the -81 kg, Kukolj Aleksandar from Serbia in the -90 kg, Liparteliani Varlam from Georgia in the -100 kg and Guram Tushishvili from Georgia in the +100 kg are the top athletes of the various weights in judo.
