Alipour received the medal in the Women's -61kg after being defeated by Farida Abiyeva from Azerbaijan.
She had defeated athletes from Pakistan, Indonesia, and Turkey to get to the final match.
Meanwhile, other Iranian female Karatekas Nasrin Dousti and Taravat Khaksar have already won a gold medal in Women’s -50kg and a silver medal in -55kg respectively while Amir Mahdizadeh won a bronze medal in Men's -60kg.
Abolfazl Shahrjerdi, Mahsa Afsaneh, Mohaddeseh Aqaee, Behnoosh Najafi, Sajjad Ganjzadeh and Zabihollah Poorsheyb will compete in men’s and women’s kumite competitions on Monday.
The 4th Islamic Solidarity Games is a multinational, multi-sport event which is being held in Baku, Azerbaijan from 12 to 22 May, 2017.
Representatives of some 54 countries are in Baku to compete in 22 sport fields.
The Iranian team consists of 280 athletes (127 men, and 31 women) and is to compete in 20 categories.
