Iran wrestlers win first title in Morocco

Iran topped the tournament with 8 gold and 1 bronze medals. Brazil and South Africa came second and third.

Morocco wouldn’t let the Iranian team to weigh in due to the political issues and the fact that they have accused Iran of interfering with other countries' affairs; the problem was later solved through negotiations.
