Iran ranks first in Asian Para Taekwondo C'ships

The Iranian para taekwondo fighters bagged six gold, two silver and one bronze medals in the competitions which opened in Hochiminh Thursday morning with participation of 120 athletes from 28 countries.

Uzbekistan and Mongolia took the second and third places respectively.

The Iranian gold medalists were Mahdi Pour-rahnama, Hamed Haqshenas, Saeed Sadeqian-pour, Ahmad Narimani, Mahdi Bahrami Azar and Ms. Mahtab Nabavi while Asghar Azizi won a silver medal.
