Iran, Kazakhstan sign MoU on developing sports co-op

The signing ceremony was held on the sidelines of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) meeting which was held in Japan.

Head of Iran’s National Olympic Committee Kiumars Hashemi pointed to development of regional sports, saying that the MoU focuses friendly sports relations and officials’ all-out efforts in promoting sports ties.

The MoU also calls for sports and medical information exchange and fighting doping.
