Haddadi managed to throw the discus for 66.13 meters and won the third place.
Meanwhile, his Jamaican and Swedish rivals ranked first and second respectively.
In his first attempt, he put his effort to set the record of 65.84 meters.
He threw 65.72 meters in his second attempt, but his third throw failed.
In his fifth and sixth attempts, Haddadi threw the discus 66.04 meters and 66, 13 meters respectively.
On April 22, Haddadi won the Long Beach competitions held in Los Angeles.
He earlier won a gold medal at USSD university competitions held in the United States.
