After Iran, that became champion with 240 points, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Cuba ranked second, third and fourth with 134, 109 and 78 points respectively.
The competitions began on Andimeshk on Thursday and came to an end on Friday.
Some 150 Iranian and foreign wrestlers were present in the event.
Iran gained eight gold medals at 55-, 60-, 63-, 67-, 72-, 77-, 82- and 87-kg weight categories.
The Iranian wrestlers also won two bronze medals at 97- and 130-kg weight classes.
