In Isfahan, Saba came from behind to equalize Sepahan 2-2.
Hossein Fazeli and Luciano Pereira Mendes scored two early goals for Srpahan in 5th and 7th minutes.
Farshid Bagheri pulled a goal back in the 11th minute and Farid Behzadi Karimi equalized the match in the 58th minute.
Earlier in the day, Zob Ahan edged past Naft Tehran thanks to a goal from Ahmad Amir Kamdar.
Persepolis moved one place down to fourth with 36 points, six points adrift of IPL leader Esteghlal. Esteghlal Khuzestan is second with 41 points and Zob Ahan sits third with 37 points.
