Cmmte to examine US presence in wrestling event

The statement said following publication of materials by media outlets on presence of the US wrestling team in Iran Wrestling World Cup, the ministry underlined safeguarding the Iranian nationals’ rights and defending interests of the Iranians.

The issue was referred to the committee set up in cooperation with relevant institutes in Foreign Ministry to make necessary decisions, the statement said.

Wrestling World Cup will be held in Kermanshah from February 16-17.
