Zionist atrocities against Palestinian prisoners condemned as war crimes

The statement, which came on the occasion of Palestinian Prisoners' Day (April 17), said that the culprits of the Zionist crimes have to be brought to justice by international regulations.

The statement wished for the freedom of all the Palestinian men, women and children imprisoned in the Zionist jails.

Noting that more than one million Palestinians have been under physical and psychological torture since 1948, the statement said that over 7,000 innocent Palestinians are still imprisoned in the Zionist jails.

It called on the international community to do every effort to stop Zionist aggressions and help secure the freedom of the Palestinian prisoners.
