Earlier, Zarif had met the counterparts separately to exchange views on Tehran-Baku and Tehran-Ankara relations.
Bilateral cooperation and the regional and Muslim world issues were the pivot lines of talks among Zarif, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Elmar Mamedyarov.
Zarif arrived in Istanbul on Monday to attend the opening ceremony of Turkey's biggest airport in Istanbul.
Upon arrival in Istanbul, Zarif said his visit aimed to expand transit and economic cooperation among the three neighbors and exchange views with counterparts.
He said the visit is an opportunity for dialogue with Azeri and Turkish officials. 'In the visit there will be talks on key, especially regional, issues.'
