'After #JCPOA, #NAFTA, #TPP, Climate Convention & ..., the Trump regime—along with the Israeli regime—today officially withdrew from #UNESCO,' Zarif Tweeted on Tuesday night.
'Is anything left for the Trump Administration and its client regime to withdraw from? Perhaps from planet Earth altogether?,' he added.
US President Trump announced on May 8, 2018 the withdrawal from the JCPOA, which was condemned by other parties to the 2015 agreement and their emphasis to stay in the landmark international deal.
According to Qatari media, the US administration together with the Israeli regime have officially pulled out of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
The decision had been made more than a year ago.
Earlier Iranian Foreign Minister in a message criticized the US for its continuous addiction to sanctions, saying “US addiction to sanctions is out of control.
