Speaking in an interview with TV, Vaezi said one who has been disloyal cannot claim holding talks.
Had the US been honest, it should have first returned to Iran Deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), he said.
Even inside the US, people are not happy about their president being humiliated, he noted.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Vaezi referred to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's recent allegations in the the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session, saying his claims are not welcoming for anyone in the world.
Trump and Netanyahu are both in hallucination, he noted.
Today, disloyalty is accepted by no one, he said, adding that based on Iranian President Hassan Rouhani's speech unilateralism is not accepted anymore.
Earlier on Friday, Iran's envoy to the UNGA reacted to Netanyahu's unfounded allegations by saying that Iran is watching 'Israel’s criminal behavior whenever and wherever they do it.'
Meanwhile, the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif in a message urged the Zionist regime of Israel to admit to and open its 'undeclared' nuclear arsenal to the UN inspectors.
'No arts & craft show will ever obfuscate that Israel is only regime in our region with a *secret* and *undeclared* nuclear weapons program - including an *actual atomic arsenal*,' said Zarif in a tweet on September 28 with a reference to the allegations made by the Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu at the United Nations General Assembly.
