US withdrawal from JCPOA against int'l rules: Russian official

'Moscow underlines implementation of the JCPOA agreement by all sides and the US withdrawal is against the principle of commitment to international obligations,' Leonid Eduardovich Slutsky, a member of the State Duma of Russia said on Sunday.

He made the remarks in a meeting with Iran's Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Chairman Alaeddin Boroujerdi.

For his part, the Iranian MP referred to the US' wrong policy in the region and noted that disrespect for the international norms, violation of international obligations and supporting terrorist groups in the region will spark unrest and will provoke the crisis.

Trump has said that although the International Atomic Energy Agency and he himself have confirmed the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear programs several times, he is not to going to stay in the deal and will quit it on May 12.

Iran's Atomic Energy chief has said that Iran has a surprise for the ones who disrupt the deal.
