“Publishing Iran’s secret documents which are related to the JCPOA will be harmful to the IAEA,” Boroujerdi said on Sunday.
He reiterated that the IAEA had vowed that the JCPOA documents would not leak to outside and, and said that Iran will welcome publication of any secret document because it will lay emphasis on righteousness of Iran.
“However, if Trump intends to release secret documents exchanged between Tehran and the IAEA it will actually be a violation on the part of the agency, because the IAEA had promised not to provide any country, including the US, with Iran’s secret nuclear documents,” the senior lawmaker said.
He noted that since keeping Iran’s nuclear information as secret falls within IAEA’s responsibility, if these documents will be leaked by President Trump, the IAEA should be accountable.
