Sanctions are opportunity because they pave the way for country's self-sufficiency, Commander of the IRGC Navy Force Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
He noted that sanctions will increase country's defense power.
Washington left the historic Iran Deal on May 8 giving 90- and 180-day wind-down periods to other countries before it starts re-imposing oil sanctions on Tehran on November 4. Despite the world’s criticism over Washington’s move, US President Donald Trump reinstated nuclear sanctions on Tehran and imposed as he claimed the “highest level” of economic bans on the Islamic Republic of Iran.
