Certainly, the recent agreements signed by presidents of two countries will cause increase in the trade exchange volume, she added.
Thanks to its long-standing relations with Iran, Turkey will always stand by Iran, she noted.
She went on to say that both countries’ businessmen gathered to form new trade coalition.
Despite US' unilateral pressures, Turkey is still complying with its commitments with Iran and will never stop trade acticities with Iranian side, Pekcan said.
Late on Thursday, President Hassan Rouhani returned home from Ankara, where he attended the 5th Session of the High Council of Iran-Turkey Strategic Relations.
During his two-day visit to Turkey, Rouhani discussed major regional and international developments with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
President Rouhani arrived in the Turkish capital on Wednesday afternoon at the head of a high-ranking delegation to attend the 5th Session of the High Council of Iran-Turkey Strategic Relations.
The Iranian delegation in Turkey comprised Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif, Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh, Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian, Finance Minister Farhad Dejpasand and Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Reza Rahmani as well as a number of other senior officials.
