
He made the remarks in a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanaei.
The meeting was held on the occasion of the first anniversy of JCPOA implementation on January 16.
Ryabkov said that one year after implementation of the JCPOA all sides have witnessed good events and it was proved to the world that 'we have chosen the right path.'
The Russian official referred to Moscow active role in the newly-ended Joint Commison of the JCPOA in Vienna and said that Russia would continue this role in the future.
Meanwhile, the Iranian envoy said that the rile played by Russia in reaching and execution of the JCPOA and in the meetings held after that was remarkable.
'Tehran-Moscow relations today is different from the past,' Sanaei said.
He added that Iran-Russia relations are progressing very fast to reach an unprecedented level.
