Rouhani: Iranian nation says final word

Addressing thousands of enthusiasts in Mashad, Rouhani said some assume that they have supremacy in all affairs which is totally out of question.

'We have one government, one leader and one constitution and for each city we do not need a separate leader,' he said.

On Friday people will go to polling stations to choose between deceitfulness and righteousness, Rouhani said, adding, 'We will choose the one who shoulders responsibility.'

President also heads supreme national security council and any wrong decision will trigger war and any right decision will lead to peace and all should fully know region and the world in order to make a proper decision, Rouhani said.

Why have you kept mum with regards to foreign policy? Why you avoid to talk about your relations with the world?, he said.

When a new person took office in the US, people in the think tank said now you can form one blade for one pincers as there is another blade in Iran, but you made a mistake as there is no pincers in Iran and will blunt the blades of foreign pincers and under no circumstances will let the return of economic sanctions, he said.

On purchase of airplane, they claimed that these are paper planes but after their delivery one of the so-called concern people wrote a letter to me and said you have brought Airbus and you did not purchase Boeings? Rouhani said.

You claim that you want to administrate Mashad but now tell us how have you administrated Mashad? questioned Rouhain.

You addressed those calling for arts to go to Tehran and if you come to office, you will ask the whole nation to leave the country!, he said.

The country is in dire need of calmness and development, he underlined.
