President Rouhani wraps up Turkey tour

Trilateral talks between Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin were held on Wednesday afternoon in Ankara on Syria's developments.

During the meeting the three presidents discussed developments in Syria, ways to implement Astana MoUs and also the outcomes of Sochi Summit.

The Syrian national sovereignty, national unity, independence and the country's territorial integrity should be respected and the remaining terrorist groups in the country should be driven out, Rouhani stressed in the meeting.

He also expressed hope for the efforts made by three countries to help oppressed Syrian people get rid of devastating war.

In the final statement, Presidents of Iran, Russia and Turkey highlighted the fact that there is no military solution to Syrian crisis.
