President Rouhani posts photos of victory celebrations on Instagram

Among President Rouhani’s 10 images posted on his Instagram page on Sunday, there is a photo of himself with the caption “Iran smiled” under it.

“The followers’ delight,” he wrote in the caption.

The post includes 10 photos of the Iranians celebrating his victory in the streets of Tehran and other cities on Saturday after presidential election held on May 19.

The incumbent President Rouhani won 57 percent of the votes and will be the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran for another four years.

Thousands of Iranians took to the streets to celebrate the re-electioin of Rouhani, after the election result was announced officially on Saturday.
